Outlet refused to fill order as requested
Just visited the Tim Hortons in Canmore on Bow Valley Trail and tried to order through the human at the counter an XL Earl grey, black with the cream on the side and the honey on the side. They said they werent allowed to put the honey even in a takeaway cup and that they had to put it in the cup.
If you put honey or cream in with tea bags that are trying to steep, it wont!
I have also asked for this order many times over at other locations and I get my order as I requested or the staff accommodated me by putting the honey in a to go container, This is first time I was out rightly refused. Not impressed with the service at this location.
Is this a policy at all Tims or just a specific Tims??
A response would be nice!
