My reward points is not coming up on the app

My reward is not coming up on the app. The app is coming up, but it keeps saying errors and not coming up.

I would like for you to fix my problem. I am 73 years old and don't know much about resetting.

User's recommendation: There is always a problem with the app

Confirmation of halal ingredients

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Store staff couldn't confirm if enzymes are plant-based or animal-based.
  • - Customer service didn't know either and it wasn't mentioned on the website.
Tim Hortons - Confirmation of halal ingredients

I reached the store to inquire about the blueberry butter tart ingredients. None of the employees, including the manager, knew about whether the enzymes were plant-based or animal-based.

They asked me to call the customer service.

Upon inquiring on the call, the customer service agent said she also didn't know, nor was it mentioned on the website, which is strange for such a common question from the customer. It's really disappointing for the unawareness of the employees about the ingredients.

Abysmal service and poor quality food and server ly to me

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered a flat pizza meal with wedges. The pizza was lukewarm and the cheese had hardened.

The wedges were cold, and I asked for fresh hot wedges. The server went around the machine and returned 20 seconds later saying, 'Here are your wedges.' They were the same ones she took away and tried to say they were hot, but they were cold. She then upfront said she couldn't supply hot wedges at this time. But she thought I would be so stupid as to fall for her trick.

Poor quality, poor service, and lying servers. We need to fix this problem.

It happened on July 11 at 12:15 at the Vegreville, AB store. Please respond and resolve.

Pros:
  • Fresh hot food
Cons:
  • Service not reaching minimum standard and being treated like an idio

Preferred solution: Apology

False Advertizing

AI Highlights
  • - Four people visited Ballantrae Tim Hortons Mar 18.
  • - They bought four drinks but received wrong cups.
  • - Staff said the promo was over and cups were out.
Tim Hortons - False Advertizing

On Wednesday, March 18, 4 of us, two elderly couples, went to the Ballantrae *** at ***). We chose to go there for the 'Roll Up the Win' opportunity.

After buying 4 beverages, we noticed that we did not get the right cups. I spoke to the cashier, who said we were too late and that the promotion was over. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager (***) told me they had run out of cups. There was still all kinds of advertising inside and outside the coffee shop that the Roll Up the Rim was still happening, and indeed, at other *** the following day, I got a Roll Up the Rim to lose.

Why did this happen?

Really, the four of us chose to go there in spite of a really nice coffee shop just a few moments away on ***. Could you please explain why this happened?

You needed to read the promotion more carefully. “Physically cup rolls are only available while supplies last, with the paper cup period potentially ending early if supplies are depleted.”.

  • - Ongoing service issues across stores show a pattern of not listening.
  • - Lids are mislabelled and orders are incorrect across stores.
Updated by user Jan 03, 2026

I have been a loyal customer from the beginning and will remains so, as long as Tim’s service and quality does not go downhill.

Been a customer from the beginning.
Service issues not listening and paying attention to details Putting wrong marked lids on the wrong cups
Heating muffins when it was not asked for.
Not putting butter on muffins when specifically asked for.
When asking ( on my short break) for a hom & Swiss , mustard mayo sandwich only to find out in the lunch room I got a mustard and mayo sandwich , no ham,no Swiss.
This is an ongoing ivial for a few years now. It is not an understaffing issue, most of your stores are more than fully staffed, and it is not just one store.

It is attention to details from the person on cash to the person who prepares the order. *** Canadas flagship franchise is better than this and was better than this.

With all that there is to be concerned with in the world, this is trivial and should not be an issue, but it is frustrating , soI wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks for listening

  • - Alleges HR intimidation and lack of evidence, forced confession, and abaya-based discrimination; seeks formal review and fair investigation.
Updated by user Oct 01, 2025

I contacted my embassy about this and they have talked with hr.

Original review Sep 30, 2025
Dear Tim Hortons Corporate Team, I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious issue I experienced while working at Tim Hortons in Saudi Arabia. I believe this matter requires your urgent review, as it reflects negatively on the company’s international reputation and treatment of its employees.

On September 30th, 2025, around 2:25 pm, I was called into a meeting with the Human Resources department of Tim Hortons KSA at my workplace in Saudi Arabia. During this meeting, I was intimidated, pressured, and unfairly blamed for an issue without being shown any proper evidence. I was also forced to make a confession under pressure and discriminated against for wearing an abaya, which left me deeply traumatized. As a foreign woman working in Saudi Arabia, I already face significant challenges, and I expected fair treatment and respect under Tim Hortons' values.

Unfortunately, the actions of HR in this case violated both professional standards and basic employee rights. I am requesting the following: 1. That this incident be formally reviewed by your office. 2.

That steps be taken to ensure employees, especially foreign workers, are not intimidated, coerced, or forced to make false confessions. 3. That my case be taken seriously and investigated with fairness. I am willing to provide further details, including dates, documents, and the branch where this occurred, upon your request.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I trust that Tim Hortons Canada upholds its responsibility to protect employees across its international franchises. Sincerely,
Chiara Martinez

Poor customer service

AI Highlights
  • - Long-time customer cites recurring service errors across stores.
  • - There are lid errors, wrong drinks, missing butter, and ham/Swiss not served as ordered.

Been a customer from the beginning.

Service complaints:

Marked coffees lids put on wrong drinks, resulting in me giving the person wrong drink.

Heating muffins when not asked for.

Not putting butter on muffins when asked for.

Ordered ham & swiss with mustard and mayo my short lunch break , I got a sandwich with mustard and may, no ham,no swiss.

This type of thing has happened in a number of stores.

There is always a lot of staff, so it is a lack of attention to detail.

In a world with a lot of issues, I shouldnt have to bring this to your attention because it shouldnt be an issue, but it is.

*** is Canadas flagship franchises and can do better.

Sorry for bring up the tribal but I thought it might help if you where informed.

User's recommendation: Listen, and More attention to detail.

This is what happens when you replace Canadian workers with people who make a mockery out of us.

This morning, I went to the Tim Hortons I usually visit the one where I see the same familiar faces every day, and where I always get my iced coffee made properly by staff who care. I even tip them because they consistently do a great job.

But today, none of those women were there. Instead, a new team was working, and the difference was immediately obvious. My coffee wasnt stirred, wasnt made right, and tasted completely off. So I went to another Tim Hortons, where I kindly asked the staff to double-stir my drink.

Not only was I misunderstood, but I was handed a cup with stagnant cream floating on top and syrup stuck to the bottom completely untouched.

What makes this even more upsetting is that I used to work at Tim Hortons myself. I, along with others, was let go and replaced not because we didnt do our jobs, but because the company was hiring newcomers who could be subsidized through government programs. These new workers often claim to serve with love and care as they should but in reality, many of them dont listen, dont take the time to make things right, and regularly hand over drinks that are the complete opposite of what was ordered. The quality has dropped dramatically.

And now, on top of all that, customers are being charged extra for cup lids, and iced drinks are being handed out without proper food-safe covering. It feels like Tim Hortons has completely lost the care, pride, and community connection it once had and a lot of loyal Canadians are walking away because of it.

User's recommendation: Just make your own coffee at home
